If contacting us about an existing order please state the product ordered and your order number (from invoice).
We reply to all email within 24 hours, usually much quicker. All emails are sent from [email protected]
We will be closed between Saturday 13-MAY and Sunday 28-MAY.
This means that no orders will be sent out and no returns dealt with during this period. For returns/warranty issues that fall during the closure period (e.g. 30 day returns) the end date is extended to Monday 29-MAY. We will be checking email but technical support via email will be limited.
